The Mercedes-AMG C63 celebrated its premiere at the New York International Auto Show in 2018. For AMG, the C63 became a success factor and the best-selling model.
All fans of the AMG model were spoiled for choice between sedan, station wagon, cabriolet and coupé. The AMG C-Class was then sharpened in the course of the facelift.
The most obvious change happened at the front. With large air intakes, the Mercedes C63 AMG was even more aggressive and now in its current top form.

But the most important detail is under the hood of the Mercedes C63 AMG. The eight-cylinder (M177 as a 4.0-liter biturbo V8) impresses with direct throttle response and ample power reserves. Thanks to the V-design, both turbochargers are located between the cylinder banks and thus much closer to the engine block. The 4.0-liter V8 biturbo significantly shortens the airflow paths.
Now the AMG eight-cylinder says goodbye, because in the upcoming C63 models – as well as in the new E63 – the M139 four-cylinder engine with electric support provides the necessary power. With the unique Mercedes C63 AMG Final Edition performmaster pays tribute with a fascinating special model.

Visually, the performmaster AMG C-Class shows its sporty origin as a matter of course. The front houses the typical performmaster grill and a powerful apron with large air intakes. The fenders are much wider and frame the AMG light-alloy wheels with wide sports tires. The rear ends with the typical double exhaust tailpipes that look out of the modified apron on the right and left. In the middle, the AMG diffuser and the spoiler lip on the boot lid provide the sporty finish.
