Thanks to the Mercedes development engineers that they actually managed to save the G-Class in today’s world of e-mobility – a veteran with a new look and technology. AMG from Affalterbach also lends a hand with the G-Class and provides it with an output of 585 PS / 430 KW at 850 Nm and 4.5 s from 0-100km / h.
Not so bad if there wasn’t another Swabian company that is exclusively dedicated to the tuning of AMG vehicles – performmaster high performance – a fine, exclusive tuning company from the tranquil town of Plüderhausen, approx. 30 km from the gates of Stuttgart.
The performmaster PEC tuning module
An output of 805 PS / 592 KW and 1,020 Nm catapult the performmaster G 63 AMG in just 3.9s from 0-100km / h and with the optional Vmax to a top speed of 260 km / h. What a brutal wall unit on 4 wheels. This is made possible by performmaster’s own PEC tuning module with the latest performmaster tuning technology in conjunction with specially adapted turbochargers with a larger compressor unit and reinforced axial bearings.
More power, more torque and a higher top speed thanks to the optional Vmax cancellation. The Mercedes-AMG remains fully diagnosable. In addition, all engine protection functions of the Mercedes AMG are retained. The operational safety comes first, because the performmaster PEC tuning module is only active when the operating temperature of the Mercedes AMG is sufficient.

The Vmax cancellation for your Mercedes G63 AMG (W463A) with the innovative performmaster tuning technology. With the lifting of the Vmax limit, the Mercedes G63 AMG now accelerates to an impressive 260 km / h.
This is how the Vmax cancellation works at performmaster: The performmaster Vmax cancellation works either already with the PEC tuning module including performance increase or separately. In both cases, work is always carried out in parallel with the standard control unit of your Mercedes-AMG G63 – without interfering with the main control unit. Thus, by removing the Vmax limitation, your Mercedes G63 AMG can exploit its full performance potential.
