What happens to my Mercedes warranty?
First and foremost, it’s important to note: for seven consecutive years, we have had zero damage cases. Naturally, we aim to maintain this impeccable record.
We offer a comprehensive warranty with no causal exclusions. This means that in the highly unlikely event of damage, performmaster assumes 100% full responsibility. These two pillars – performance and warranty – have not only propelled our customers’ vehicles to the top but have also solidified our company’s reputation as a leader.
What happens when my optimized vehicle goes in for service?
Your AMG can undergo regular servicing without any restrictions. Even if software updates are performed on your control units, they cannot overwrite the optimization, as it is stored in the external PEC tuning control unit.
What happens if something does break?
In the unlikely event of damage, simply contact us directly or use the phone number on your warranty card, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Depending on the issue described, we can often identify and resolve it immediately. If needed, your vehicle will be inspected and repaired by our AMG specialists. Naturally, we’ll handle everything using our concierge pickup service, transporting your vehicle to us securely by trailer.
What if I decide to sell the vehicle?
As mentioned, the PEC tuning system can be reverted, restoring your vehicle to its original factory condition.
